In case of any cancellation or changes of the confirmed events, It should be intimidated 48 hours prior to the scheduled event date. In that case the amount thus collected will be refunded in full.
In case of cancellations less than 24 hours from scheduled date of the event, 50% of the cancellation charges will be applied.
